Miami, December 1, 2025. In its ongoing commitment to support the internationalization of Spanish companies, the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Florida took part in a key business event organized by the Seville Chamber of Commerce, focused on exploring new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
The event gathered experts from the business, logistics, and institutional sectors to help companies better prepare for successful entry into the U.S.—a leading destination for global expansion.
Key U.S. Market Insights and Business Challenges
During his address, Juan Carlos Pereira, Executive Director of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce, provided an updated overview of the American business landscape. He highlighted significant opportunities in sectors such as technology, food, energy, and international trade, while also addressing operational challenges such as talent retention and market entry strategies.
“Talent moves fast, and companies must be prepared to adapt quickly with local knowledge and strategic partnerships,” Pereira emphasized. He also detailed how the Chamber supports Spanish businesses with market entry, distributor networks, and broker connections.
Fostering Bilateral Business: A Two-Way Mission
As a binational chamber, the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce not only supports Spanish companies entering the U.S. but also assists American companies seeking to expand into Spain and the broader European market.
“Our mission is to strengthen the business bridge between both countries,” Pereira noted. “In a globalized economy, Spain offers a strategic gateway for American firms looking to establish a presence in Europe.”
The Chamber provides trusted advisory services, soft landing programs, institutional outreach, and facilitates participation in major trade fairs on both sides of the Atlantic.
Trade Missions and International Fairs: Real Opportunities in Motion
The event also highlighted prominent international trade shows such as the Americas Food & Beverage Show and Seatrade Cruise Global, both held annually in Miami. These serve as strategic platforms for companies aiming to promote their products in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
The partnership between chambers was underlined as a powerful tool to create cross-border commercial bridges. “Our active presence in both the U.S. and Spain is part of a bilateral strategy focused on tangible results for businesses,” Pereira concluded.
