52 Spanish companies showcased Spain’s food and beverage industry during AF&B’s 30th anniversary edition, connecting with buyers and industry professionals from international markets.

MIAMI, FL — September 17, 2026 — The Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce concluded the 2026 Spain Pavilion at Americas Food & Beverage Show after three days of business activity and international connections at the Miami Beach Convention Center. AF&B’s 30th anniversary edition welcomed 11,700 attendees on-site, 990 exhibiting companies and 22 international pavilions, with 115 countries and territories represented. More than 13,000 industry professionals registered for this year’s show.

Discovering Spain Through Its Products

The Spain Pavilion brought together 52 Spanish companies — 40 food producers, 10 wine and beverage companies and two service organizations — including independent participants and representation from Castilla y León, the Comunitat Valenciana, the Region of Murcia and Andalusia.

Visiting the Spain Pavilion offered more than a showcase of products. Through conversations with producers, tastings and live demonstrations, visitors discovered new flavors, learned different ways to enjoy and use Spanish products, and gained a deeper understanding of their quality and origin. Each exhibitor brought its own identity, offering visitors a taste not only of Spain’s food and beverage industry, but also of the regions, traditions and culture behind its products.

“The Spain Pavilion has grown from just 12 participating companies in 2019 to
more than 50 today, reflecting how significantly Spain’s food and beverage
presence has evolved in the U.S. market,” said Mónica Vázquez, President of the
Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “Spanish products bring together quality,
innovation and service, giving producers a real opportunity to differentiate
themselves and grow in the United States.”

Throughout the three-day show, Spanish exhibitors connected with buyers, importers, distributors and other industry professionals. The Pavilion program also featured its Opening Ceremony three live cooking demonstrations and the Spain Food Nation Summit USA 2026 both organized by ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, E.P.E., and Spain’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), which explored the U.S. Hispanic market, emerging consumer profiles and opportunities for Spanish food and beverage companies.

Beyond the Trade Show

For the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce, supporting participating companies does not end when the show closes

“Entering the United States requires more than participating in a trade show.
Companies need guidance, market knowledge and support throughout the
process,” said Juan Carlos Pereira, Executive Director of the Spain-U.S. Chamber
of Commerce. “Our role is to facilitate that journey — from preparing companies
for their arrival to, most importantly, supporting them after the event as they
follow up on opportunities and build their presence in the U.S. market.”

Following the show, the Chamber will continue supporting participating companies as they follow up on contacts developed during AF&B and explore opportunities to expand their presence in the U.S. market
