1. What does this award mean to you?
I believe this award is a recognition of the vision and effort of our Chairman, Mr. Galán, as well as everyone who is part of the Iberdrola Group.
Twenty-five years ago, our presence in the United States was nonexistent. Today, we have reached nearly $50 billion in assets. This is an achievement that once seemed unimaginable but has now become a dream realized.
This success is not only evident in the United States but also in the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, and every place where we operate. It stands as a testament to the commitment and dedication we have demonstrated every step of the way.
2. What impact do you think this award has on your company’s visibility and reputation within the business community?
I believe it is essential to recognize the efforts of the men and women who make up our companies. An award like this, granted by the Chamber of Commerce, carries great significance, as it is a space where those who have achieved success come together. For us, success is not only a milestone but also a motivation to keep moving forward, and we are deeply grateful for this recognition.
The presence of the Chamber of Commerce is invaluable for companies like ours. Not all companies have the financial resources or connections needed to expand, and in this regard, Chambers of Commerce play a crucial role. They offer a platform to establish connections, build relationships, and access new opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
For this reason, we are grateful to the Chamber of Commerce. Without their support, many companies would not have the opportunity to grow or achieve their goals.
