Oriol is the Country Manager for the USA and Canada at DAMM, one of the largest beer companies in Spain.
With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, he has built a strong career within the company. Starting as a Sales Trainee, he progressed to Sales Representative and later became Area Sales Manager for the southern region of Catalonia. He has now relocated to the United States to expand the business in North America.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Business and Psychology, a dual background that has enhanced his understanding of both people and organizations throughout his professional career. Additionally, to further develop his managerial skills, he completed a PDD at IESE Business School.
