Currently acting as Country Manager US for Ackermann International in Miami, Nadia brings more than 20 years of international experience across executive search, HR consulting, and senior HR leadership roles. She advises international organizations on leadership, organizational, and talent challenges during periods of growth, transformation, and cross-border expansion, helping companies successfully build, scale, and strengthen their operations in the U.S. and international markets.
Originally from Switzerland, Nadia has lived, studied, and worked across Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, giving her a truly international perspective and a strong understanding of cross-cultural business environments. Over the course of her career, she has built an extensive international network across companies and business leaders throughout the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, with a particular passion for fostering long-term business relationships and supporting collaboration between international markets.
Nadia holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich, an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, and completed the Program for Leadership Development at ESADE Business School. Nadia is fluent in English, Spanish, and German, and also speaks French.
