Begoña González-Blanch has worked in the executive search industry since 1999. She currently leads business development for Ackermann in the United States, helping multinational companies successfully enter the American market by identifying and securing top talent.
Before relocating to the U.S., Begoña served as Managing Director of Ackermann Solutions in Spain and headed the Financial and Professional Services practice at Ackermann Executive Search, becoming a Partner of the group in 2010. She holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC University and an MBA from ESADE.
Begoña is also a board member of the Spain–U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Florida and a founding member of EJECON, an organization created to promote women’s leadership, elevate their presence across industries, and foster a strong professional community. Additionally, she is the founder of WhE – Women’s Hispanic Executive Association, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing Hispanic women in executive roles, where she served as President from 2020 to 2023.
