Marta is a seasoned leader in international business development and strategic management, with nearly fifteen years of experience building bridges between Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Based in Miami since 2010, her career has followed a dual path: advising foreign companies on entering and expanding in the U.S. market, and since 2013, serving as the Country Manager of the global law firm Ontier.
At Ontier, she leads the firm’s U.S. commercial strategy, fostering trusted client relationships and designing tailored solutions across diverse industries. Her approach -center on collaboration, transparency, and a commitment to excellence- also guides her role within the Chamber.
She is currently pursuing a Master in Legal Studies at Cornell Law School. She holds a degree in International Business from Northeaster University in Boston and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
