Luis Bermúdez is Chief Executive Officer of Banco Santander International, leading a team of over 600 professionals who deliver tailored private banking solutions to international clients. He is also the Head of Wealth at Santander US and serves as Chairman of Santander International Wealth Management Mexico.
With nearly 20 years at Santander, Luis has held senior roles including Global Head of Business Development, Head of Strategy, and Head of Premier Banking. Based in Miami, he has driven cross-border growth and expanded the bank’s presence across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
Known for his client-focused approach and deep expertise in international markets, Luis is committed to building long-term value, fostering innovation, and delivering integrated wealth solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.
He holds a B.B.A. from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid and has completed executive programs at London Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership. He is also FINRA licensed.
