Julio Hoyos is a project management and consulting professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. He works as a Senior Advisor with the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce, where he supports internationalization and FDI-related initiatives, helping companies structure, prepare, and execute their transatlantic growth and market-entry plans. He has supported hundreds of organizations in navigating their expansion strategies—facilitating business and investment flows between North America and Europe—and providing guidance on strategic, operational, and business development matters, including identifying potential clients, partners, and investors in the U.S. and Canada.
Julio holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in international business from UCA and Kingston University London, as well as a Master’s and Postgraduate degree in International Trade Management from ESIC and EIG. He is a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and has completed specialized training in the application of artificial intelligence to business environments.
