Manuel has extensive experience in economic and business development within Miami-Dade government institutions, with a strong understanding of public-sector operations and their impact on the business community. He has led strategic initiatives including the development of a five-year roadmap, policy advancements in cross-border trade, and the creation of the Hemispheric Conference of Ministers of Health, which resulted in the public-private partnership Salud Miami.
In parallel, Manuel is Co-Founder of AselaUSA.us, where he focuses on community enrichment, innovation, and entrepreneurship, leading initiatives such as the MIA Pharma Hub and collaborating with government agencies on AI-based regulatory solutions. He also serves as a professor of International Business Management at UC3M Madrid and is currently involved with the Nobel Sustainability Trust Host Committee, supporting the organization of the 2025 Sustainability Nobel Awards in Miami.
