1. What does this award mean to you?

This recognition symbolizes the culmination of a career and a journey, as well as the privilege of being identified, seen, and placed on the radar, gaining greater visibility within the Chamber of Commerce. As I mentioned in my speech, this award was entirely unexpected for me, and I can confidently say this is one of the happiest days of my life.

I had the opportunity to express this during my remarks, trying to connect the dots that have led me here. This recognition not only fills me with pride but also represents a strong commitment to the Spanish and Latin American industries, to businesspeople and entrepreneurs, as well as to the Chamber itself.

I believe life has given me so much, and now I am in a position to give back. This is my purpose: to give back to the community and the industry what I have received, helping to create new opportunities and strengthening the ties that unite us.

2. What impact do you think this award has on your company’s visibility and reputation within the business community?

It has been an honor to share the stage with Pedro, CEO of Avangrid, one of the world’s leading companies in the renewable energy sector. This is an area where my company also plays an important role, albeit on a smaller scale compared to giants like Iberdrola-Avangrid. Nonetheless, we are a significant player within the renewable energy industry.

Being here today is not only a recognition of our work but also substantially elevates my company’s profile. I am confident that this opportunity will have a positive impact, and we will see tangible results in the future. Sharing this space with Pedro and being part of this forum created by the Chamber of Commerce strategically positions us within the sector. I promise you that next year, I’ll be able to tell you how this experience has propelled us forward.

On a personal and emotional level, this moment has been one of the most significant of my life. Having my children here with me, witnessing how all the effort, the distance, and the time I wasn’t with them have borne fruit, is profoundly gratifying. Their recognition makes it even more special and fills me with pride.
