The Spain-US Chamber of Commerce in Miami had the pleasure to organize the third edition of SAVBOR Food & Wine professional gastronomic event between the 22 and 23 June at the Double Tree by Hilton Miami Airport and Convention Center (Miami, FL). The fair is defined as a gastronomic event primarily aimed to market research, internationalization of Spanish products, contact between potential customers and importers of high quality Spanish cousine and goods as well as the search for brand positioning of the companies that meet at the exhibition. 300 Spanish brands were represented in this year's gastronomic event, where they showed their products to potential customers and more than 800 restoration professionals passed through SAVBOR 2016 to enjoy the exhibited products and establish business ties.

Among the products in this edition olive oil, preserves, wine, beer, embutido (spanish curated susages) and liqueurs made the highest numbers. However, a wide range of high quality exhibitors seeking to position themselves in the United States and Caribbean were seen within SAVBOR 2016.

SAVBOR Food & Wine Exhibition 2016 collaborated with the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, the Foundation Mediterranean Diet, the Spanish Wine Federation, Associació Vínicola Catalana, Prodeca, Institut del Cava, Wines and promotion institutions overseas located in Miami such as IVACE, IGAPE or EXTENDA this year. And the support of brands such as Terrasur Brands, Hacienda Zorita, Marqués de la Concordia, Pescanova, Parkstreet, Iberia, DDP, Nespresso or Marques de Riscal.
